For those of you who are following the saga of the broken Nintendo DS. I went on the Nintendo website and was able to set up a repair order. They email the fedex label, you pack it up and we should hear from them in a few weeks. They will either replace the part or replace the entire handheld. Trauma resolved. He’s using a much older Nintendo DS in the meantime and has adjusted quite well to the time span.
